Factory：

Hanger Factory：Eisho’s hanger factory was founded in April 2000. After more than ten years of development, it has a total area of 100,000 square meters. Eisho mainly produces wooden hangers, metal hangers, plastic hangers and related hanger accessories. Eisho’s hanger factory has a professional management team and 500 skilled workers, and also a 16-person QC team that in charge of product quality control during the entire process of production line operation and final inspection after packaging.

We have:

3 automatic painting lines for wooden hanger, with an annual production capacity of 12 million pieces;

3 semi-automatic metal hanger electroplating lines and 6 semi-automatic PVC coating lines, with an annual production capacity of 20 million pieces;

12 plastic hanger production lines, hundreds of sets of mould, with an annual production capacity of 60 million pieces.

Storage Factory：Since 2012, EISHO has adjusted its strategic layout and entered the full range of household products. It has successively reached strategic cooperation with more than ten storage factories in Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Shandong and other places by way of agreement in shares. There are more than 1,000 industrial workers, and the annual production capacity of storage products exceeds 10 million pieces that made of fabric, iron, and rattan, etc. EISHO has now formed a whole process of design, proofing, production, branding, wholesale, retail, and distribution for home storage.
